SAXBY IN RUN-OFF

As Saxby said: "These next four weeks will be very intense as, once again, the National Democrats will pour millions into this race and they are hungry for another win!  With Barack Obama in the White House and the Congress led by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats see this race as one step closer to a filibuster-proof Senate. We cannot let that happen. Our country will never be the same."

This race will boil down to money for television and radio and turning out our vote!

The run-off is a separate election cycle so contribution limits start over. Therefore, each individual can give $2,300 and each PAC can give $5,000. Please consider as much as you possibly can.  Any contribution will be greatly appreciated -

The DeKalb GOP is asking for your assistance in the following areas:  phonebanking, manning the headquarters, putting out Saxby signs, voting early by Absentee ballot, and keeping the pressure on Obama.

Please request an Absentee Ballot and get all you know to do the same - go here to print out a Request today: Absentee Ballot Application .

Please volunteer.  Precinct Captains are needed to organize the neighborhoods and we will be doing GOTV calls in the coming weeks as well!

Senator James W. Tysinger

This forum meets every Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. We have been meeting for forty seven years. The purpose of this town hall type meeting is discuss current political affairs and to have speakers discuss subject such as Education, Transportation, the Judicial System, Dekalb county, Department leaders from the State Government and others. We also hear from our elected representatives. During the election cycle we have an opportunity to meet and to question the candidates for most of the political races. This forum is open to everyone and is non-political. Each year we hold a Lincoln Day Dinner with an outstanding speaker. Knowledge of DeKalb county and our State are the goals we hope to achieve.
